STEM OPT Approved

By Hasan Legal Admin · September 9, 2026

Good news doesn't always come easy — sometimes it comes after a Notice of Intent to Deny.

This one started with a technical snag: an outdated CIP code on the school's end that put a STEM OPT extension at risk. We worked with the school to get it corrected, submitted the updated evidence, and the extension came through — work authorization intact through 2028.

Sometimes the fix isn't dramatic. It's just knowing exactly what USCIS needs to see.
