What types of immigration cases do you handle?

We also handle employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2 PERM, EB-3, as well as H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN visas. In addition, we represent clients in family-based immigration, naturalization, asylum and humanitarian relief, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, and immigration litigation.

What is your fee structure?
Our fee structure is generally flat-fee based, depending on the type and complexity of the case. Attorney fees are quoted upfront and are separate from government filing fees and third-party costs. For many case types, we offer flexible installment payment plans, with clear, milestone-based payments. Fees may vary based on the complexity and specific circumstances of each matter. All fees and payment terms are disclosed in writing before representation begins.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible installment-based payment plans for many case types. Payment plans typically include an initial installment followed by scheduled payments. No interest is charged if payments are made on time, and all terms are clearly explained in advance.
Will I work directly with an attorney?
Yes. An attorney directly oversees your case, provides legal strategy, and reviews all filings. You will have direct access to your legal team for case-related matters.
Do you handle cases for clients outside the United States?
Yes. We represent clients both inside and outside the United States. Our firm works with international clients through secure online systems, allowing us to prepare, file, and manage immigration cases remotely, including consular processing and U.S. embassy matters worldwide.
Are government filing fees included in your legal fees?
No. Government filing fees charged by USCIS, the Department of State, or other agencies are separate from our attorney fees and are paid directly to the government. We clearly disclose all required government fees in advance.
