Employer files Form I-129 with the appropriate classification supplement (H, L, O, P, Q, R, TN) plus required filing fees (which include classification-specific fees, Asylum Program Fee, and any ACWIA / fraud-prevention fees). Premium processing is available with Form I-907 for most classifications.
